Chris Peterson

I am a dedicated personal trainer with over 17 years of experience helping individuals achieve their health and fitness goals. Based out of South Florida, I'm committed to empowering my clients to not only improve their physical fitness, but to also enjoy their body and the time they spend in it.

 

My journey into the fitness industry began in 2006, when I realized the profound impact that exercise had on my own mental and physical health. 

My training philosophy is centered around the idea that fitness should be enjoyable and sustainable. I believe that every individual has the potential to lead a healthier and happier life, and that exercise can be a fun and rewarding way to achieve that goal. Whether my clients are looking to lose weight, build strength, or simply feel more confident and energized, I am there to guide and support them every step of the way. 

 

I take the time to get to know each of my clients on an individual basis, learning about their unique goals, challenges, and lifestyles. With this information, I am able to design customized workout plans that are tailored to each client's needs, preferences, and abilities.
